Orders
Browse to the product page for the item you wish to purchase. Click the Add to Cart button on the right hand side of the page. Proceed to checkout and follow the steps indicated. If ever you are having trouble completing your purchase, give us a call at 1-639-3176167 (M-F 9:30AM to 5:30PM CST).
You will receive an email confirming the confirmation of your order in your inbox. One of our customer service representatives will get in touch with you if you require any further details about your order. Please check your junk/spam folders if the confirmation email does not appear in your inbox.
Yes ! You can place your order over the phone with one of our Customer Service Representatives by calling 1-639-317-6167. They are available from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday CST
Please be aware that Shopessentialplus.com maintains the right to cancel any order due to insufficient stock or misinformation. .In the case where we must verify your order, we will attempt to contact you either by phone or by email. If we do not get a response within 5 business days, your order will automatically be cancelled and your payment will be refunded.
f you wish to cancel or change your order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately. If your order has already shipped, please see our Return Policy.
If you are using a coupon code, simply add the product to your cart and then click Proceed to Checkout. Enter your coupon code in the appropriate box and click Apply Coupon. You should see the coupon being applied to the subtotal of your cart.
If you do not see the discount being applied for a valid coupon code,send us an email at afa@shopessentialplus.com and give us the details of the code you are trying to use and where you got the code and we will be able to furthur assist you.
Most of our promotional coupon codes cannot be combined with other offers. If there is an exception to this rule, it will be mentioned in the details of the offer.
By login into your account, you may monitor the progress of any orders you have placed. If you do not have an account you can give us a call and we will be able to update you on the status of your order.
Your order status could be "On Hold" for a number of reasons, including out-of-stock products and issues with the shipping address or payment details. Please check your email inbox as our customer service team will be in touch regarding your order.
Pricing
All prices on this web site are subject to change without notice. Whilst we make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our web site may be mis-priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, shopessentialplus.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
Shipping
We have Flat-Rate shipping of $14.99 CAD for orders under $ 99 CAD
During the checkout process, you will have the choice for free delivery if the subtotal of your cart is greater than $99 CAD.
You will get an email with your tracking number once your order has been sent. You can also call us at 1-639-317-6167 or you can go into your account to track any orders you have placed.
Returns
Please get in touch with us right away at AFA@shopessentialplus.com or 1-639-317-6167 .If you have received the wrong product (not the one that was shown on your order confirmation).
Upon receipt of your approved return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days and send you an email confirmation. From then, you can expect to see the credit reflected in your account within 7 business days depending on how quickly your bank processes the refund.
